Wildwood Homes is a new residential development in Langley, British Columbia built with young families in mind.
Focused on safety, community and sustainability, Wildwood boasts spacious, eco-friendly townhouses that face onto a shared natural greenway. No roads run through this greenway, making it especially safe for children and pets. Vehicle access to the properties is made through rear lanes. Each 2-4 bedroom unit has its own private garage and backyard.
A taste of country living, in the convenience of the city.
The greatest challenge with this brand was to have it present as simultaneously welcoming and exclusive.
We solved the problem through graphic symbolism, colour and material use. Yellow and green exude a friendly feel when combined, and our specific choice of a golden yellow and a deep, vibrant green add a feeling of richness and luxury. This is further enforced by the gold foil and heavy textured paper and cardstock used in Wildwood’s stationery. Imagery of the bird and nest evoke feelings of happiness and home, while the archway enclosing them hints at safety and exclusivity.
